Program Manager Scattered Site Family Shelter
The Qualified candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the agencies scattered site shelter program.  Duties include supervision of program staff, budgeting, monitoring regulatory & safety codes, and crisis management.  Strong supervisory, writing, computer, interpersonal and organizational skills essential; ability to work independently & in team.  Qualifications: BA/BS; w/3-5 yrs related exp.

Case Manager Transitional Housing- Currently seeking a case manager for a scattered site transitional housing program located in Cambridge.  Duties include: Supporting individual service plans for each client, crisis management, serve as liaison between Shelter and landlords of apartment, trouble shoot facilities related issues and provide housing search assistance to clients.  Strong, writing, computer, interpersonal and organizational skills essential; ability to work independently & in team, bilingual skills a plus.  Qualifications: BA required, MA preferred.  Valid Driver’s license and car required.

 Program Coordinator-Malden
The Qualified candidate will be responsible for coordinating Kazsenak House programs and services.   Duties include providing comprehensive case management to resident of the house, supervision of house managers.  Strong supervisory, writing, computer, interpersonal and organizational skills essential; ability to work independently & in team.  Qualifications: BA/BS; w/3 yrs related exp

FT House Managers- Concord House & Mckay House Cambridge
Manages the Concord House and Mckay House, both are permanent supported housing programs.  Mckay house is an all male program while the residents of Concord House are all female.  These positions will be responsible for the management of the program, maintaining adequate staffing, continuity of program services and the observance of all agency and program rules during the evening hours.

PT House Managers-various shifts & locations
Manages permanent supported housing program during evening and weekend hours, maintaining adequate staffing, continuity of program services and the observance of all agency and program rules.

FT Custodian
Will provide cleaning services to three programs, located in Boston and Medford.  Must have car and driver's liscense.
